BuildTech Unlimited, Inc provides our customers skills refined from over thirty-five years in the construction and deal estate development industry. Our focus is to provide BTU customers with a personable experience while simultaneously orchestrating multiple resources on diverse projects. Michael Corless, president of BTU entered the construction industry over 30 years ago as tradesperson, developing hands-on experience in a multitude of trades; electrical, framing, concrete work and finish carpentry to name just a few. Within several years, Michael evolved into a skilled and highly accredited construction executive with numerous projects completed.

Michael and his team of skilled tradespeople have provided customers with design, finish, ADU’s, value-add renovations, extensive remodels, room  additions, new builds and subdivisions throughout San Diego County. In addition, BTU has provided road construction, utility installations and storm water systems.

Our mission is to provide consistent high quality designs, installations, and superior customer service on every BTU  project.  Today our primary business focus is design/build of custom homes, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s) and renovate-to-sell projects. We also offer Project Management services for owner/builders, commercial redevelopment, and complex engineering projects. BTU will contract smaller project in the city of San Diego area only, when between larger projects.
